For brands or retailers running multiple Shopify storefronts (regional sites, B2B and B2C splits, market-specific variants) from a single canonical catalog. One parent tenant maintains the catalog; child storefronts activate subsets with their own pricing and stock per item. Available on top of Retailer, Multi-Location, or Manufacturer.

What we don't do.

We provide the platform and the infrastructure. Everything below is your responsibility: your IT, an external implementer, or specialist agency. We can recommend approaches, but we don't deliver this work as part of any tier.

Bespoke development

Custom Shopify apps, custom theme work beyond standard branding, or bespoke features in PowersportOS built specifically for one customer are not part of the platform subscription. They are available as separate scope through PowersportOS Studio, priced per project. Integrations against your POS, ERP, or WMS stay with your own IT or implementation partner: we provide endpoints and documentation, you (or Studio under separate scope) handle the connecting work.

Creative work we don't deliver

Logo creation and brand identity. Product photography or lifestyle photography. Copywriting beyond what the central catalog provides. Translation services. These belong with your designer, photographer, or copywriter.

Stack you maintain yourself

Your Shopify subscription. Domain registration. Mapbox account (free tier up to 50k monthly loads, on your own account). POS hardware and payment terminals. Your existing ERP, warehouse-management, or invoicing infrastructure stays where it lives. We connect to it via API only when your team or partner does the integration.

Marketing services we don't run

SEO work beyond on-page basics in Store Build. Google Ads, Meta Ads, paid campaign administration. Social-media content or community management. Email-marketing flows beyond Shopify defaults. PowersportOS is the operating layer. Driving traffic to your store is yours to own or to outsource to a specialist agency.


How billing works.

Monthly billing

Invoiced monthly in advance, in EUR. Prices exclude VAT/MOMS. Swedish 25% VAT for SE customers, EU reverse-charge for VAT-registered EU businesses outside SE, full VAT exemption for verified non-EU customers (where applicable).

3-month minimum commitment

Subscriptions start with a 3-month minimum term from your activation date. This filters tire-kickers and aligns with our onboarding effort.

No notice period after the minimum

After the initial 3 months, cancel any time with no notice period. We don't issue refunds for the current paid month, but you keep platform access through the end of it.

Late payment → service suspension

If payment is more than 14 days overdue, your account is suspended. API stops responding, Shopify-side widgets degrade gracefully. Data is preserved for 90 days post-suspension. Reactivate at any point during that window by clearing the balance; after 90 days, data is deleted in line with our data-retention policy.


Introductory prices. Locked for life.

These are PowersportOS' introductory prices. Subscribe now and your price is locked for as long as your subscription is continuously active. We will never raise the price you pay for what you're already paying for.

What we can do over time

  • Add new tracks or add-ons with their own pricing (e.g. when we open the Distributor track, or release the B2B module as a separate paid add-on)
  • Adjust prices for new customers signing up later

What we won't do

  • Raise the price of your existing subscription
  • Quietly remove features from your existing track to push you to a higher tier
  • Introduce surprise "Pro" upsells that make today's tier feel deliberately limited

One reservation: the price lock applies as long as your subscription is continuously active. If you pause or cancel and rejoin later, current prices at that time apply. Switching tracks (e.g. Retailer → Multi-Location) means you pay the current introductory rate on the new track from that date forward. Your old track's locked rate doesn't transfer.

Is there a free trial?

Not a self-serve trial yet. PowersportOS is in early access with a limited onboarding cohort, so we run paid onboarding from day one. You can apply for early access and we'll set up a working demo against real catalog data during the evaluation conversation if there's a fit.

What does "no quantity caps" mean in practice?

Within a track, you get every feature in that track without per-unit metering. Unlimited brand subscriptions, SKUs, vehicles, dealers, portal users, and API requests on the storefront API. We don't price on volume because pricing on volume creates an incentive to nickel-and-dime, which is precisely what we want to avoid.

Can I switch between tracks later?

Yes. If you grow from single-store Retailer into a Multi-Location chain, you switch tracks. Switching means you pay the current introductory rate on the new track from the date forward. Your old track's price-lock does not transfer to the new track, but everything you've built on the platform (catalog, dealers, integrations) moves with you automatically.

How does VAT / MOMS work?

Prices are excl. VAT. Swedish 25% VAT for SE customers. EU reverse-charge applies for VAT-registered EU businesses outside Sweden, so the invoice shows zero VAT and you self-account on your own return. Verified non-EU customers get full VAT exemption where applicable. We collect VAT-IDs at signup so the invoicing is correct from the first invoice.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

After the 3-month minimum, you can cancel any time with no notice. We don't issue refunds for the current paid month, but you keep full platform access through the end of it. If you lapse on payment, the account is suspended after 14 days overdue and your data is preserved for 90 days for reactivation. After 90 days the tenant is deleted in line with our data-retention policy.

Are the introductory prices really locked for life?

Yes, as long as your subscription stays continuously active. We will not raise the price you pay for what you're already paying for, and we will not quietly remove features from your existing track to push you to a higher tier. The only thing we can do over time is add new tracks or new add-ons with their own pricing, and adjust prices for new customers signing up later. If you pause or cancel and rejoin, current prices at that time apply.
